Scratch & Dent Appliance Grading and Warranty Information

All appliances are sold fully functional to factory specifications. Cosmetic grading reflects condition only.

Cosmetic Grades:

• Grade A – No damage
• Grade B – Light scratches or pin-head dents
• Grade C – Multiple scratches and/or dents
• Grade D – Large dents or deep scratches

Damage Location Codes:

• FF – Front-facing damage
• LS – Left side
• RS – Right side
• BK – Back
• TP – Top

Replacement cosmetic parts (doors, panels, handles, trim, etc.) may be purchased at the customer’s expense and are not covered under manufacturer warranty.

Unless otherwise stated, appliances include the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. Units without warranty will be clearly labeled on the listing or invoice.

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges understanding of the cosmetic grade, optional cosmetic parts costs, and applicable warranty terms.
