If one of the parts required for the repair isn’t in our inventory, the tech will give all the specifications to our parts department, who will expedite the process of getting the part. Part ordering is handled daily and most major appliance parts are received within a day or two. When we receive the part, we will notify you and schedule a convenient time for the technician to return and install the part.
