Highly recommend Callahan's. Awesome is the best way to describe the service from Dale today. Our refrigerator has had both a freezer (leaking) and a fridge (not cooling) issue. Dale was very thorough and while the end result is not good news (compressor is bad), Dale explained why and how costly it would be to replace it. The good news is there was no charge for the service call today and we get to buy ourselves a new refrigerator for Christmas!p.s. Dale also offered to look at any other appliance issues while here. He looked at my washer with a very slow leak and explained what was happening. Will definitely call Callahan's when we want it serviced.
Dale did a great job explaining what is wrong. What he needed to do to fix. He was quick and quiet since I was on a conference call. Great job Dale.
I was frustrated with my dishwasher not working properly. I retailer I bought it from sent a tech who was unable to correct the problem. A friend referred me to Callahan's and they scheduled my service immediately. The Technician, John from Callahan's was experienced, friendly, and worked quickly. My dishwasher now operates the way it should, and this company does too.
Rich, the technician, just left my home. I will always trust Callahan to do my repair work because they have hired someone as courteous, kind and honest as Rich. I needed someone of his caliber today; my husband died three weeks ago and it meant a great deal to me to have a gentleman of his quality help me today. Thank you.

(From Google Reviews) My brand new $1,000.00 Samsung dryer conked out six months after purchasing it at Lowes. The first young man they sent out said it needed a "New Brain" (the central electronic control) and that he would have to order it from Samsung.He came back in a couple of days with the new part and fixed it.It ran for one day and conked out again. So, he ordered another "New Brain" and put it in. Then it wouldn't run at all.Then they sent out the Head Honcho Guru Tech...I think his name was "John" He disassembled the dryer and found that the first guy simply missed hooking up one simple (but critical) wire when he was reassembling it.All of the people from Callahan's were SUPER NICE, VERY FRIENDLY, and TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL...From the very nice and pleasant young lady on the phone at dispatch to both of the sharp, clean & well dressed Techs.I would'nt let ANYBODY ELSE touch any of my appliances from a $10.00 toaster on up!
